| Leeb probe 내에 있는 hardened ball 재질의 indenter 가 스프링의 작용에 의해
비금속 샘플에 충돌을 하게되면 indenter 는 반발하여 튀어 오르게 되는데
샘플의 hardness 에 따라 반동하여 튀어 오르는 높이에서 차이가 난다.
이 반발높이를 측정하여 다양한 경도의 수치로 표시하여 주는 장치가 Leeb Hardness Tester 이다. |
