ÇÃ¶ó½ºÆ½ÀÇ »ýºÐÇØ µÇ´Â Á¤µµ´Â ¹éºÐÀ²·Î Ç¥ÇöµÇ¸ç, ÀÌ·ÐÀû »ê¼Ò ¿ä±¸·® (ThOD) °ú BOD¸¦ ºñ±³Çϰųª, ¹ß»ýÇÑ ÀÌ»êȭź¼Ò ¾ç°ú ÀÌ·ÐÀû ÀÌ»êȭź¼Ò ¾ç (ThCO©ü) À» ºñ±³ÇÏ¿© °áÁ¤µË´Ï´Ù. ÀÌ·ÐÀû µ¥ÀÌÅͰ¡ ¾øÀ» °æ¿ì, »ýºÐÇØ¼ºÀÌ ¾Ë·ÁÁø ¶Ç´Â »ýºÐÇØ¼ºÀÌ ¾ø´Â ±âÁØ ¼ÒÀç¿Í ºñ±³ÇÏ¿© »ýºÐÇØ¼ºÀ» ÆÇ´ÜÇÕ´Ï´Ù.

Ãß°¡ È®ÀÎÀ» À§ÇØ, ½ÃÇè Á¾·á ½ÃÁ¡ÀÇ »ê¼Ò ¼Òºñ·®°ú ºñ±³Çϱâ À§ÇØ ¼ÒÀçÀÇ È­ÇÐÀû »ê¼Ò ¿ä±¸·® (COD) À» ÃøÁ¤ÇÕ´Ï´Ù. Å×½ºÆ® °á°ú´Â »ýºÐÇØ °î¼±ÀÇ Plateau phase ¿¡¼­ ÃøÁ¤µÈ ÃÖ´ë »ýºÐÇØ ¼öÁØÀÔ´Ï´Ù.

°¢ Å×½ºÆ® ´Ü°è´Â ´ÙÀ½°ú °°½À´Ï´Ù:

Lag phase : ½ÃÇè ½ÃÀÛºÎÅÍ ¹Ì»ý¹°ÀÇ ÀûÀÀ ¶Ç´Â ¼±ÅÃÀÌ ÀÌ·ç¾îÁö°í, »ýºÐÇØ ¼öÁØÀÌ ÃÖ´ë »ýºÐÇØ ¼öÁØÀÇ ¾à 10%¿¡ µµ´ÞÇÒ ¶§±îÁöÀÇ ½Ã°£ (ÀÏ ´ÜÀ§).
Biodegradation phase : Lag phase °¡ ³¡³­ ÈĺÎÅÍ »ýºÐÇØ ¼öÁØÀÌ ÃÖ´ëÀÇ ¾à 90%¿¡ µµ´ÞÇÒ ¶§±îÁöÀÇ ½Ã°£ (ÀÏ ´ÜÀ§).
Plateau phase : Biodegradation phase °¡ ³¡³­ ÈĺÎÅÍ ½ÃÇè Á¾·á±îÁöÀÇ ½Ã°£ (ÀÏ ´ÜÀ§).

Reagents required

Absorption of carbon dioxide (Potassium Hydroxide (KOH)) in flakes, commercial grade or non-deliquescent soda lime, 1.0-1.7 mm granules.


Sample Preparation

Blank (2ȸ ¹Ýº¹) : Ç¥ÁØ ½ÃÇè ¿ë¾× 250 mL ¿¡ Á¢Á¾¿ø°ú CO©ü Èí¼öÁ¦¸¦ ÷°¡ÇÏ¿© ½ÃÇèÀ» ¼öÇàÇÏ¿´½À´Ï´Ù. ¿ë¾×ÀÇ pH ´Â 7.2¿¡¼­ 8.0 »çÀÌ·Î Á¶ÀýÇÏ¿´½À´Ï´Ù.
Mater-Bi (2ȸ ¹Ýº¹) : Blank ¿Í µ¿ÀÏÇÑ Á¶°Ç¿¡ 2 g ÀÇ Mater-Bi ¸¦ Ãß°¡ÇØ ½ÃÇèÀ» ¼öÇàÇÏ¿´½À´Ï´Ù.
Microcrystalline cellulose (2ȸ ¹Ýº¹) : Blank ¿Í µ¿ÀÏÇÑ Á¶°Ç¿¡ 2 g ÀÇ Microcrystalline cellulose ¸¦ Ãß°¡ÇØ ½ÃÇèÀ» ¼öÇàÇÏ¿´½À´Ï´Ù.

Calculation

¼¿·ê·Î¿À½ºÀÇ ThOD °è»ê¿¡´Â È­ÇÐ½Ä (C6H10O5)n À» Âü°íÇÏ¿´½À´Ï´Ù. Mater-Bi ´Â amylose ¿Í complexing agent ·Î ±¸¼ºµÈ °áÁ¤Áú»ó°ú amylopectin À¸·Î ÀÌ·ç¾îÁø ºñ°áÁ¤Áú»óÀÇ ÀϹÝÀûÀÎ Á¶¼ºÀ» ±âÁØÀ¸·Î ÇÏ¿´½À´Ï´Ù.

Aeration °úÁ¤¿¡¼­ ¹ß»ýÇÏ´Â ¾Ð·Â º¯È­´Â ¸ðµÎ ¹Ý¿µÇÏ¿´°í, »ê¼Ò ¼Òºñ·®À¸·Î ÃøÁ¤µÈ ¾Ð·ÂÀ» mgO©ü ´ÜÀ§ÀÇ BOD ·Î ȯ»êÇÒ ¶§¿¡´Â ÀÌ»ó±âü ¹æÁ¤½ÄÀ» ÀÀ¿ëÇÑ ´ÙÀ½ ½ÄÀ» »ç¿ëÇÏ¿´½À´Ï´Ù.

Results

155ÀÏ °£ÀÇ ½ÇÇè °á°ú, ½Ã·áµéÀº ¿ÏÀüÈ÷ »ýºÐÇØ µÈ °ÍÀ» È®ÀÎÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖ¾ú½À´Ï´Ù. Cellulose ½Ã·á´Â ¾à 60ÀÏ ÈÄ plateau phase ¿¡ µµ´ÞÇÏ¿´°í, Mater-Bi ´Â ¾à 130ÀÏ ÈÄ¿¡ plateau phase¿¡ µµ´ÞÇÏ¿´½À´Ï´Ù.
